Boxing as a sport and fitness activity requires a high level of athletic skill: strength, speed, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and power, just to name a few. If you’re hoping to get in great shape and learn a few new skills, come along and give one of boxing classes a go.
During our classes you will work on different aspects of Boxing such as skipping, shadow boxing, drills, bag work and sparring. Members are only expected to spar if they are confident to do so.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
For your first class all you need is shorts (no zips or any metalic) and a t-shirt. You can use our gloves and pads during your trial period. Once you are attending regularly you will need to bring your own and we have everythingavailable to buy in the gym shop or through our Online store. (please see the shop link for more details)
