WHAT IS MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
MMA is one of the best combat sports for self-defense. Studies have shown that MMA training, unlike other types of exercise, works on your total body. We are not just talking muscles, either. You get a cardio and a strength training workout, all in one.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
For your first class all you need is shorts (no zips or any metalic) and a t shirt. You can use our gloves, shin guards, pads and protection during your trial class. Once you are attending regularly you will need to bring your own and we have everything available to buy in the gym shop or through our online store. (please see the shop link for more details)
